Warranty Overview

Warranty Period
- •12 months from date of delivery for all assembly work (parts & labour)
- •5-year chassis warranty for fatigue only — applies to units purchased from 2025 onwards
- •Warranty applies to new units only — does not extend to demo, display, or “as is where is” units
- •Warranty is non-transferable — original purchaser only
What Is Covered
- •General plumbing
- •General electrical wiring and fitting
- •Exterior panels
- •Chassis (fatigue — 5 years from 2025 onwards)
- •Defects in material and workmanship under normal use
What Is Not Covered
- •Awnings, canvas, tents, zips, and screens
- •Batteries, tyres, brakes, and wheel bearings (wear items)
- •Mould, rust, or corrosion from weather or improper storage
- •Damage from misuse, overloading, accidents, or off-road conditions
- •Paint, stone chips, and road-inflicted damage
- •Third-party components covered by their own manufacturer warranty (Truma, Al-Ko, Arena, Renogy, Victron, AU Focus)
- •Units leased, hired, loaned, or used commercially
Mandatory Service Schedule
Services are not included in the purchase price. Failure to complete scheduled services will void your warranty.
- •1st Service: 1,000 km or within 3 months (whichever comes first)
- •2nd Service: 5,000 km or within 6 months
- •3rd Service: 10,000 km or within 12 months
Must be performed at an SUV Caravans Dealership or Authorised Service Agent. Retain all receipts — required for warranty claims.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- 1.Submit a Warranty Claim Form using the form above as soon as the issue becomes apparent. Do not bring the unit in without an approved claim.
- 2.Include: proof of purchase (original invoice), photos and description of the defect, your contact details, registration number & VIN, and proof of completed preventative services.
- 3.Claims are processed within 14 days of receipt. You will be notified of the outcome in writing.
- 4.If approved, you will be directed to deliver your unit to the manufacturing dealership or an Authorised Repair Agent. All transport costs are the Purchaser's responsibility.
- 5.All deliveries and collections are during weekday business hours only — no drop-offs on Saturdays or Sundays.
